Ryan has been around GSE for almost 10 years....
And engines, motors, cars and bikes for all of his adult life.
His wealth of knowledge in GSE is outstanding, some say second to none.
Our customers agree.

We're not sure if his veins are filled with blood, or oil!!??
Despite being The Boss, Aviate Director, Go To guy for many in the industry, he still loves to get his hands dirty, get stuff on the move, and takes many of the on-call jobs so others get a weekend off.

As head of the company, one of the most important roles is passing on that wealth of experience gained over many years on and off airports.
He's a busy man, BUT never too busy to help in the workshop, or help with the team, whatever the problem.
Our Boss is a Good Boss!

Ryan joined us from Mercedes Benz with a wealth of experience in trucks.
Whether it's engines or electrics, or hydraulics or bodywork our Senior Tech knows his stuff, what fuel or oil or fluid to use on the GSE, and what favourite fuel to put in him to keep him going.
Here sporting his winter warmer beard!

It's Ryan's job to get GSE on the move.
Whether that's hands on with a tool or helping the less experienced members of the team.
He's one of the Call Out engineers so can be at the airport at odd times of day and night.
He's here to keep people and cargo on the move, from what he does on the ground!

And it's not just GSE and commercial moving parts he loves.
Bikes, cars, horses, dogs, rugby and, of course, his amazing wife.
Annoyingly he's good at most things he tries, which is great for us at Aviate, but frustrating for us lesser mortals.
Even so, we're glad he's on our team supporting Aviate GSE.

Morgan joins us after a short and successful trial through a local agency.
Now full time at our Bournemouth Facility
working on mainly
service and general
routine maintenance.

Straight into the action in January
2026 with a list of services.
Morgan working
on a DC-6
with a windscreen wiper fault.
Fault solved, paperwork complete,
onto the next challenge.

Not content with getting things up in the air from what Aviate do on the ground, Morgan gets her beloved Norris flying high too!
Overcoming hurdles is now part of her work and spare time!
She rises to the challenge in both her fields of choice.
